I can see why are getting cursing, spitting mad. The court will not be the same for very long time, no doubt about it. A strong polarity change of the court is a given.

Cute. No, the windows are chosen because you need enough instruments to have decent coverage. Despite that, they have been working to extend the window by a variety of means.



Why does that make me an originalist? The Framers weren't. That idea is a relatively new one that sprung up in the Koch-fueled think tanks during the 1970s.
