Pugs, Who cares if or why they chose to say anything out here on this thread?? The point is that your blessed little company apparently is not everything you all believed it was. It also seems that management didn't respect its shareholders enough to do those things it needed to do to keep from being halted by the SEC, like financial filings, audited or not. If you had spent even 1/3 the effort you have expended on deciphering the intentions of Kugles and other nays, towards "encouraging" RMIL management to fulfill its fiduciary responsibility, you all wouldn't be in this mess. If you had expended a like amount of effort in "encouraging" RMIL insiders to FULLY disclose the amount of stock that they hold, AND THEIR ACTIVITIES, as you exerted in getting shareholders to take delivery of their certificates, then I would have more respect for both your efforts and the company. And again you wouldn't be in this mess. But you haven't, and RMIL hasn't, and so, here you all are... hoping you don't lose it all. The reality is that you probably already have.
