Doubt it. Hate of Holder plays to the Republican base. For everyone else, not so much. In many respects, Holder would be perfect. The Republican base would be roaring their racism and making sure of a high turnout for minorities, especially the black vote. If Obama were to nominate Holder, and I doubt seriously he would, that would mean he is playing very hard ball with the Republicans. As amusing as it would be to watch, I don't think he is out for that much blood. Obama just doesn't have that sense of drama. Remember the name Sri Srinivasan.
