Bill, I will be surprised to see layoffs. I think Jack will just run the Zitel ship full speed ahead until either it meets with success or sinks.

Bill:

I feel Mr. King needs to get a good marketing and sales department
togther in order for them to get contracts and recognition.

The market maybe big,however,the customers are not going to go knocking on Zitel's door.

Get out and push your product or sit back and watch everyone else(plat,vias,niqu)fix the yk2 problem.
