Mr. 2, There have been many things I have thought about "the lab" but I have to keep coming back to a basic undeniable truth - this deposit is so far outside historical figures, it requires special attention. Let's remember that they were led through many months of changing horses in mid stream (ie. an endless line of "new" assay procedures) which amazingly they agreed to on all occasions. Within this winding path of assays, they saw numbers that belied over 100 years of company experience. In the history of assay and recovery, the vast majority of results range from .0something to on only some occasions, around an ounce, which is considered a tremendous concentration. In other words, if a .07 opt is most commonly considered commericially viable then 3 opt on GOLD ALONE is over 30 times that concentration! Now here comes Naxos. Attacked by the ASE, unable to lite upon one method of recovery but occasionally producing assays in the multiple ounce range. Now be honest. If you were the chief chemist at ANY lab, and you knew that this company with a checkered history was claiming something that had never been proven before, how hard would you work at being ABSOLUTELY sure about the results? The lab has only had what is now considered the FINAL method of assay and recovery for a few months now. And that method has had to be fine tuned by the lab people only a few weeks ago. Now they are getting results that are again, so far outside the norm, it begs for a critical eye. We want the lab to enthusiastically spit out numbers, but the lab wants to check and recheck because there is so much riding on this. It cannot be overestimated what the impact of this deposit might be when if proves the full extent of its' riches. I know if I were the lab, I would want to have zero doubt and 100% airtight proof and reproof of the accuracy of the testing. Give them time, but keep them honest. Naxos has done the first part and multiple testing sites will do the second. We are not far away now and all company activities point to the highest confidence possible. Hang in there, it will all come soon enough. Regards, Tom F.
