With all due respect, I believe your analysis to be flawed.

The Chinese will have identical access to SNDK technology whether the Unisplendour transaction closes before or *after* the SanDisk transaction. Their access depends only on closing their deal with Western Digital, whenever that may occur.

Aside from Sandisk shareholder vote, $86.50 is dependent on one thing, and one thing only. That thing being the Unisplendour transaction closing prior to SanDisk closing.

Again, if you have information on why you think the prospects of an earlier closing are better than ever, those facts would be appreciated. Thank you.
