Question for Neal, Pogue, ACAN or anyone else who may be following this company. I am curious as to what your theories are regarding the continuous selling pressure over the last few years? Traders shaving fractions of pennies, naked shorts or dilution?

IMO, the O/S is well north of 100M and may even be approaching 200M shares. This may not be all bad though. If the company is truly going to take a shot at being a viable operating company in the diabetic testing market, then they may be able to generate revenues that would support them increasing the O/S by such an amount. However, if their business plan is strictly the litigation against J&J, then the small shareholder is probably screwed.

By all accounts, the legal proceedings are going very well. Unfortunately, they could go on a lot longer and/or the financial returns could be much less than expected. Would like to hear what the rest of you think. Thanks.

Tom
