Jim to answer the hard question, Yes, funding arrives in time. Existing shareholders get diluted to blazes. The logic is that if Techniclone has valid technology and people to support it, money will arrive. But if existing shareholders did in fact bet on it too soon, they will not be the beneficiaries. The new shareholders will be.

If Techniclone needs money and prices it right and has the technology to justify the investment, I'll put in money. So will others.

But the existing shareholders might simply be out of luck.
