Is this some variant on the single drop of blood theory of race? 3 votes and he is out of the conservative club?

His decisions on Obamacare were likely rooted in his reluctance to have the USSC overturn something of that magnitude. His style is more of chip at the edges until the court can rip out the roots like with the Voter's Rights Act.

I don't think he was ever described as an ideologue....he would have been filibustered if that were true......no one denied he was conservative though. You are an ideologue....
