How many times do we have to revisit the inherent benefits of the acquisition – for both sides?
Hopefully no more than you've already ready done.

I'm getting dizzy with this endless circular discussion.

On another note I received my Proxy Statement Tuesday and voted in favor of the planned merger.

Hopefully this deal will close soon at a price we will all be happy with.

I respectfully disagree with this assessment. The "reasonableness" of the deal has nothing to do with an $86.50 acquisition. $86.50 is predicated only upon the Unisplendour deal closing before the SanDisk deal. The timing of the Unisplendour closing is primarily in the hands of regulatory authorities, and they do not care one iota about the book value of SanDisk patents.

From what I can see, you are doing everything in your power to justify to yourself the value of SanDisk shares. Unfortunately, none of this is related to the reality of the deal structure, and how much cash/equity will be exchanged for SanDisk shares.
