You lost the pacifism argument. I showed you that Jesus praised a centurion's faith in him and didn't tell him to desert. You need to give Jesus a good talking to over that. The apostle Peter accepted another centurion believer a few years later. Apparently you're the moral superior of both Jesus and Peter. I saw this on one of those military history shows last night. Today, a military leader who said such a thing would be fired immediately. We have Broken Clockism now. Now America didn't wipe out the Japanese, didn't try to, but should Halsey have been fired for his genocidal rhetoric? Should we strip Halsey of all the medals he was awarded? Navy Cross Navy Distinguished Service Medal Army Distinguished Service Medal Presidential Unit Citation Mexican Service Medal World War I Victory Medal American Defense Service Medal Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal World War II Victory Medal Should we remove his picture from the National Portrait Gallery? Admiral Halsey as he appears at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C. Should we remove his body from Arlington National Cemetery? Should President Obama apologize to the nation of Japan for Halsey's hateful, genocidal remarks at Pearl Harbor?
