E Charters,

Well articulated thoughts as always. Thanks for your valuable input. You're dead on with the cost of setting up offices. It seems that the standards required by N.A. companies are very costly outside of N.A. also.

Patrick,

I think we agree--I wasn't clear enough about my beliefs concerning "market is always right". In the short term the market is "always right" which is why I have traded KRY for over a year and have made profits that I'm quite happy with. Over the long term though, the market might not be necessarily right. If you can stomach an oversold market and you don't get caught with margin calls, you can stay in for the long term and find out that a contrarian position beats the market.

This position may be proven true in the event of a short squeeze etc... If KRY ends up shooting up 'too' fast, it would prove that the market was not prepared and thus was oversold. At that point I'd be happy to take my profits and reevalute my position because at some point the shares may end up being suddenly in an overbought position.

Do any traders with a better understanding of this have any thoughts?

RH
