Emile;

Take a trip to Israel maybe it will do you some good, apparently you wish to avoid my question. Anyway I think it is time for me to leave this thread, I learned allot more why the Jewish people have rejected Jesus through the years and through the help of a few people on this forum I have even more sensitivity towards the Jewish people than before. Just for the record THE JEWISH PEOPLE STUDY THE TORAH PERIOD I AM A JEW AND THAT'S A FACT AS I HAVE WITNESSED IT IN MY LIFE. As far as the Talmud Jews that wish to become Rabbis go to school and there is study on the Talmud as far as the content of it I really do not care since it was written by Rabbi's. As far as you Emile you could not read the Talmud to begin with since it is written in Hebrew. You just posted someones interpretation of it and have taken everything literally but again I really do not care since it was interjected and written by man. So have fun condemning myself and my culture. I am not wasting any more of my breath on this any longer. It serves no purpose and God will handle it in his own way.

My final thought's are as follows (Quote from the Bible)

3: Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4: Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5: Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
6: Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
7: Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
8: Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
9: Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
10: Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11: Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
12: Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
13: Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
14: Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15: Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16: Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
17: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18: For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Alan,

I have read many of Emily's posts to you and nowhere to me appears as what you say "a bigot and a self serving prideful hateful person who has nothing better to do than condemn the world Jews included for your own prideful and self serving spirit." Isn't it you who before God and man keep quoting the verse Thou Shalt not Judge? I don't see where Emily has ever once attacked you personally, he has only attacked a religion that does not acknowledge Jesus Christ as the only Lord and Savior. I understand that in Israel, which has no sanctioned state wide religion many people are called Christians if they do not conform to either the Moslem or Jewish faith. It is a stigma that is not very appealling, hence your loath to be called a Christian. It's also true that many Jewish families that have a member that is converted to the Christian faith is considered dead. All ties to that person are severed. This is a very extreme measure for a people that you say lack only knowing that Jesus is the Christ. From reading the scriptures it appears that the Apostle Paul wanted to bring the gospel to his own people but they were so set against him that he went to the gentiles which provoked them even more . Alan are you so hated by the Jews because you preach Jesus, have you been cut off from your own people or do you live in harmony with them. Search the scriptures, I can't find one prophet, or apostle that was received with open arms by the Jewish people. I pray nobody misconstues what I am saying, because I feel very indebted to God's chosen people. I think that anyone who believes God has cast them off forever has not closely read the scriptures or been in tune with His Holy Spirit. God has great things in store for the future nation of Israel and I pity anyone who fights against them, but the truth is until He sets things in order for them they will still have the veil over their eyes and only a remnant will be saved in the meantime. If this is not true then then Old covenant still stands and the blood of Jesus our High Priest is to be taken lighthly. God forbid!! -Chris
