Uh, you mean the guy who shot the sh*t out of of that facility? Seriously? Pretty sure the idea that he had a role is not in question. I thought the FBI was allegedly looking for connections on that phone. That phone though, the iPhone 5c, was his work phone. He had another, personal phone, which he destroyed. But the FBI claims they need to get at the 5c because he may have contacted accomplices on it. Seems far-fetched to me. But I think we agree.
