Druss, the removal instructions scion posted look reasonable. Here's what I would do: run malwarebytes to see whether it finds pups [potentially unwanted programs]. Make sure all browsers are closed.

If you don't have malwarebytes, find it here malwarebytes.org
the free version will do for now.

I would use another browser until this is fixed.

I believe Babylon is itself malware.
