...no, I wouldn't expect that you would run into him. Anyway, 'Veronex' has some loose linguistic ties to the ancient Gauls. You may want to consult that Gaulish-English dictionary you keep handy at: geocities.com

'Ver' is a rank modifying prefix similar to 'over' as in "berkapit„n" or the super in "superintendent". 'O' is the perfunctory extender or joiner malogenos, dervogenos. 'Nox' (-nex, -nes?), if I've not completely botched this, is a 'night' reference.

You get something akin to "overnight"; perhaps "fly overnight" or the derivitive "fly by night". Fly By Night Associates could be an interesting name. Of course, I never did well with linguistics. I'm just a web guy.
