I really don't understand the logic of allowing government to probe cell phones. They already have the phone records which includes the location the phone was at, the numbers they called and received calls from as well as the text sent by SMS.

It is enough. People have some reasonable expectation of privacy, even if they're dead.

The courts have been chipping away at the Bill of Rights for years, decades, and it is time for people to stand up and fight it.

imagine Donald last minute going independent & off reservation, screwing the GOP. His campaign lives on soundbytes, or better yet his vanity does but on this AAPL issue he revealed he's for MORE GOV'T CONTROL in one of the most sensitive area's in all our lives.

Had already informed Brum he was no conservative, one can only lead a donkey to water & even that's if your lucky, he wouldn't listen! ;0)

Trump loves imminent domain, but this AAPL thing blew his cover to hell, backing the wrong pony 'The Fed' .
