Erita not keen on attending college? Something tells me this girl is going to do well.

Tell her. You make a decision. You will live with that decision to the end of your life. Never come back telling you regret it. Time passed you can never ever come back and restart as time has passed.
She has to ask for TJ to use college education money and buy solid value. Keep in an account while she go live her own life.

"no, we make do, work hard, save, and hope we are fortunate enough to be more comfortable."

Wise words TJ.

Keep the perspective.

'before it all runs out? What happens after it all runs out?"

It all stops when there is no more money on the table.
As long as there is money on the table for us (the worlds economic active people) to take a share of it, the world will spin.

Once the money in the table is gone. Everything stops.

QUESTION
Why there are QEs?

ANSWER
To keep money on the table

in 5 years time tell Erita to work a couple of months with the proletariat. Like serving tables at a restaurant for example.

She will come back knowing what it is to earn money like the proletariat.

And I can tell you, she will never ever want to be proletariat and will do whatever it takes not to join them.
