The last time the Republicans won the Presidency without a Bush or Nixon on the ticket was 1928.

So, I guess The Donald should pick Jeb! to be his VP! Or one of the other members of the estimable Bush Family.

[yes, its a not very good joke....]

If Democrats take back the house this time, I'll deliver you a pizza next time I drive thru Kentucky.

The last time the Republicans won the Presidency without a Bush or Nixon on the ticket was 1928. Either Democrat will win the presidency and the Senate, in my view, with only the House being in doubt.
Which is why the GOP will not repeat their political mistakes...

Since 2000, we have seen a powerful rise of reactionary rage -- hate of immigrants and the government social nets, hate for the poor, hate for Planned Parenthood, hate of ALL Islam, love of NRA memes and walls.. than we do currently.

Or much utterly ignorant demagoguery for MORE AND MORE UGLY bloody "politically incorrect" military interventions.

The real shocking thing to me is that they WON AT ALL with a GW Bush on their ticket in 2000 and again in 2004. They can pull off a lot of shit. The masses are not so calm or rational right now.
