A novice investor finds a stock that he is sure, just sure, is going to make him rich. He has seen it blown out all over the internet and are novice enough that he is overcome with passion for the stock and sinks his whole beginning investing bank roll into it. Along the way, there come naysayers; they bad mouth the stock and tell the newbie investor and the seasoned veteran alike that they have thrown their money away. The newbie investor soon becomes aware one day that the SEC may really, really be looking out for the people and the fact that they actually stepped in and halted the stock should indicate that they are truely, truely invested in the bosum of the devil. Then he looks at his beagle, panting patiently at the base of the cardboard box they call home and says, "Pass me the certs, O'Riley 's makin' us pay the rent on the bench this evening....." The Mutt, Koogles, looks back at the sorry investor and says, "No way, man, I need something to line my hut with." Then, out of nowhere, Garry walks into the square of the park on who's bench they had spent their last 4 months and tells a joke about a bum and his dog and all is ok until the New Year. The bum rolls around on the bench, grasps his throat and chokes out his last gasp of air. Garry looks at the pooch with the stack of certs formerly the life's blood of the bum and asks politely, "So, do you come here often?"
