One more way to help balance the Fed budget is to eliminate baseline budgeting. It is a silent killer of balanced budgets. There is no reason for gov't to automatically get a 4% raise every year, especially considering that non-gov't workers' income has dropped for 20+ yrs. This may be how the gov't got so big, and how gov't workers ended up making twice what the private sector makes for similar jobs. I think Carly brought up baseline budgeting in her campaign.

Why would he be surprised. I'm sure he is very aware. As are those who he will be bringing in. I'd rather pose this question to MARCO and OTHERS who want TRUMP to be specific. Hey Marco.. how would you build that wall. How would you estimate the cost per person for Health Care. How would you go about moving illegals out.
