Magnetic fields and electric fields are invisible and we EE's mind see the effects. The approximate 11 year TSI delay is from another invisible force. As all electronics work using solution of mathematical prediction of how invisible magnetic and electric fields work, the truth is there with same mind sight and the prediction of Cooling is the future reality.
