Yeah, that's more welfare we give the Iraqis. The only people in Iraq that like us are the Kurds, but the Shiites running Iraq don't want the Kurds to get any of those weapons. Also, the Turks don't want the Kurds to get any weapons so we get the Kurds to fight ISIS for us but we can't really support them outwardly. If Kerry had a brain he'd be out there trying to patch things up between the Kurds and Turkey instead of "begging" the Russians to throw us a bone...
