I just heard back from Ms. Rebecca Lawson, Director of Communications at TriTeal, regarding Sylvest and IBM as resellers, also shown below are her comments on Tracor's relationship with other resellers. Regards, Tom Both Sylvest and IBM are still resellers; Tracor is now a master reseller. Our web site reseller page is currently being updated. Tracor will work with them and our other resellers, as will our direct sales forece. Tracor will be the master reseller, in effect helping create demand and fullfilling administration and channel management. Otherwise there is not change to the current structure, i.e. our direct sales force works to create demand through resellers and their govn't contracts. So, Tracor is an added layer, and does not replace any current structure per se.
