You and others better ALSO think long and hard about Rubio.

I have indeed thought long and hard about him. If you are under the impression that I am a fan of his, you are very mistaken.

He is a political opportunist with a short, and conveniently distorted, history. And, as Mark Levin said today, no matter who wins in Nevada this week, Rubio will be declared the psychological winner, because he is the darling of the media (Fox especially), and their primary focus is to portray him as 'above the fray', when actually he is the manufacturer (sometimes out of whole cloth) of much of it.

To be fair, Rubio has as many "accomplishments" as almost any senator. A senator's job is to vote on bills, not rack up phony accomplishments. That whole accomplishment argument was political ploy by Christie to diminish all of the senators running for president.

As for Rubio's record on those votes, his conservative rating is over 90 percent by several watchdog groups. Averaged together, he's the 4th most conservative senator, with Cruz rated number one.

We don't like what he did on immigration, but I'm willing to give the guy a do-over if some by some miracle he can catch Trump.
