Read Replies (3) | Respond to of 125669 I liked both Marco Rubio and Ben Carson early on in the campaign. Even made a small donation to Carson, when I actually should not have (didn't know enough about him to really support him financially). Since then, their despicable attacks on Cruz (mostly for errors in judgment made by one or two people in his campaign) have been unrelenting. Rubio has consistently accused Cruz of flip-flopping on illegal immigration, of once being 'soft' on it ... which is about as far from the truth as one can travel. And yet Rubio is rarely, if ever, called on that blatant, huge lie. Not only is it a lie, but he needs only to look in the mirror to see the person at whom that very accusation should be directed. And Carson is playing the martyr over the misunderstanding that occurred during Iowa. He is out for blood, and there is nothing Cruz can apparently do or say to prevent Carson from wanting his pound of flesh. And the media (Fox included) are playing right into the script. I fear that the combination of the media having Cruz in their cross-hairs, and the tendency for the voting public to swallow their swill, is going to prematurely end the campaign of the most honest, qualified, visionary candidate in an election where supporting those qualities is more important than it has ever been. A pox on the mainstream media, the American education system (that created citizens who are virtual blank slates upon which those media can write), and the liars and corruptors bent on taking down any honest man seeking to reclaim this country from the scoundrels.
