No-load fund that tracks the Dow:
ASM Index 30 Fund (ASMUX)

I used to trade it. The main drawback is that you can't get
intra-day pricing, only end-of-day. Wasn't such a big deal a
few months ago when the Dow was mostly up-up-up, but these days
when it'll be up/down 100+ points and close relatively unchanged,
I'd find it kind of frustrating.
