There never has been a subject that is off limits here.
That would be the fastest way to kill the board.

I thought this thread was for conservative discussions

IMO, you can't ignore the 800 lb gorilla in the room. From the polling data and results I've seen so far, it appears that Trump will win the Nomination.

So after that, what do we conservatives do? There are going to be disagreements. We may lose posters. But what I don't want to do is lose posters because they're being personally attacked. On the other hand this group represents some incredibly intelligent minds I don't want to dissuade discussion if another person doesn't agree.

We're here because we're conservatives, it doesn't mean we eliminate non-conservative positions. Trump looks inevitable (and my order matches yours in candidate desires), it's going to come down to everyone's decision as to whether they want to sit out the Presidential vote come November. Be cordial, but I don't want to eliminate anti-Trump evidence. We may have a Trojan horse as our nominee, I don't know.

Any other thoughts?

Here are my thoughts on Trump:

I know he doesn't have the contempt and hatred for this country that 0bama does.

Trump has a "set"....no other national leader will be able to take advantage of him. He'll not be bowing to any world leader.

I know the alternative to Trump is far worse.

Trump's nomination should be the final wake-up call to the GOP.
