Good points. The key concern would be the seasonality factor the January pickup will always be there. It has always been a fact business in the that a lot of people who sign in quit. That is how they can offer the low prices. However, I doubt they will have the dramatic pickup needed to make a substantial difference. What I recall is that the margins were very slim, allowance for uncollected receivables high, and that the business did not provide attractive returns even not taken into consideration debt service which BTW is very high. Still, I think it is a good idea to refresh my memory by re-reading my notes and a bunch of the SEC fillings again.
