Jeff- I would assume that there is some tax loss carry over from the last nine months losses, so that the ist Qtr of next year at least would be tax free.

Jeff- Could you fill me in on the orginization from a who is responsible for what sectors. On the Web site I see George Zilba as Pres/Ceo, John Zilba as VP Operations and Frank Bryan as VP of Finance. In another area I saw mention of a Josse Torres as Vp of International Gaming. How many total employes? Do they split responsibilities between the Venezuelan project and the domestic Bingo area including the marketing of the Vaprel Line and the "Auto Caller" system.
