Doing a little checking shows that ULBI is currently closely held in the amount of 50.3% of outstanding shares. Largest holder appears to be Mellon Bank at 9%. Wisconsin Investment Board holds 5.9%. Other names include JP Morgan, Dreyfus, Vanguard, etc. Largest insider holding is Intermagnetics General Corp. at 12.3%. Appears that stock is in strong hands. With no debt, large amount of cash on hand, etc., does anyone feel that this company could possibly be a buyout candidate?
