Well...let me try and describe where I saw that recommendation. It was on CNBC.....It was between 5:30 pm and 7pm.....It was on Christmas night ...the theme of the piece was "where to invest in 1998" The trend was that you would have to be a good stock picker to make money in the mkt in '98........then they went on to list five stocks to invest in....the fifth pick was from an analyst from C. E. Unterberg (?) ....the analyst said that Globalstar Telecommunications was the best place to invest your money in '98 and would appreciate significiently....If you watch CNBC you would be familar with this analyst.....He is one who has a deep raspy voice (admittedly a raging bull) and he was on the show.."before the bell" from 8am to 10 am on Friday....That's it........the piece was followed by a statement that Bernard Schwartz was a master and the leader of Loral Space as well as Globalstar.....That's about it....hope I helped and not confused....
