Zitel's last 10-Q for quarter ending Sept. 30, 1997 showed:
Zitel Had $13.8 mil. in cash assets.
Zitel is currently losing $2 mil. a month.
Zitel has no assets of any value to sell.
Zitel last 10-k, filed recently , showed
MatriDigm to be a complete loser, only $132,000 in y2000 revenues
Zitel will run out of cash in 1998, unless
Zitel can some how pull a rabbit out of it's a#$.
