Ken, here is the research thread info on the warrants--I have checked and found it to be far more accurate than the info Fidelity was handing out to its clients:

exchange2000.com

Check the details on the url, but I believe the situation is that the TPRO must close at a bid of 6 3/8 for 20 consecutive trading days, before the warrants can be called. Fidelity verified that for me although they gave me the wrong info when I asked initially. Then one has 30 days to get them to the company for redemption. I am not certain if they will be traded during those 30 days, but I would guess they will trade. Have not been able to get a definative answer on this. 1 share of TPRO costs 3.50 with one warrant. IMO, with all the good news that should be coming soon (more contracts and marginability), the longer it takes for the warrants to be called, the more valuable they are.

As I understand it, you can count on the warrants being called immediately since the company wants the cash.
