Mostly, they are stocks I want to track for possible entries/trades. I would say that I end up trading about 2/3s of the stocks that find their way onto the list. Some very short term trades, others may be held for a long time.

Glad to put other's suggestions forward!

Both stocks have had a decent % moves off the most recent bottom. I tend to put stocks that are still declining on the list but that's not a rule by any means. They will need to see 20% gains from here or from another lower tick to come off the list.
