Trades...I've been tracking this stock recently and have seen a "high" number of trades(mostly sells) of 100 or 200 shares. These would barely cover commisions. Are these deals between market makers or something similar; or is this really "joe public" selling these small number of shares. Probably a dumb question, but I'm curious if anyone knows more... Company history...I've skimmed over the history of this company before but I just spent the last two hours reading many of their SEC filings from the past few years. I thought that in their earlier days they had higher sales than now, but to my pleasant surprise I see they have been on a steady increase over the last 5 yrs, despite all of the turmoil...YR Ended march31: '93 10.8 million '94 12.3 '95 14.8 '96 17.0 '97 19.2 '98 10.8(6months)projected out(21.6) Alot of product development and research was halted during the "crisis". Although it is at much lower levels they seem to be resuming much of this with Vanguard proceeds and cash from current operations. Problem- this is their only source of cash right now. The LifeServ division really looks promising for the future. The Software area looked like the area that was going to take MSYS to the next level a couple of years ago before disaster hit, lets hope the resources are still there for another attempt in '98. Hope I didn't bore anyone-I'm just trying to keep this thread active between news Dave B
