Dr. Jeff, they will go into CH 11 if they were owning banks a lot of money, but I do not think that is the case, they just have too many shares. If they can eek a "living" from few sales here and there, they can take a long time to die. What I am worried about is that they may "owe" management salaries etc. and will issue them stock (at current prices) for compensation. One can rapidly end up with a situation like CHIP, where Montle pais himself about 60% or more of the company stock (when it was still a gambling house) for "unpaid salaries".
