It's always good when a board member believes in the company. AE and BA showed a decided lack of belief in declining to exercise the warrants. I'd rather have a board member using an avenue available to him to back his belief in a company.

Roth had a much-ballyhooed target price of $6. It didn't seem to matter to ZEN supporters that ZEN was a client of Roth's.
