John Welcome to our Thread
As far george knows, we Re- Patriate 100% of the money they dont require us to keep it there. There will be no payment to the Feds. Because its a state operated lottery.

Taxes are going to be paid in a set amount to each municipality they will tax us on a nominal amount to place the machines in the boundry of each city, Because its a state operated lottery. The nominal figure would be in the low single digits.( Very Low)

As far as visiting the Bingo Halls,i my self have not visited them , i understand they are beautiful , i have always felt that this was a dieing industry " Charitable Bingo"
There isnt any state in this entire country that wants a professional operation of charitable bingo , it is the most regulated game in the country .Although they are currently a source of income for the company , the numbers will become meaningless over the next few months, due to our involvment in the other projects.

After a statment like that you might ask , What about the Vaprel Bingo Equipment.
Our intention is yes to sell/Revenue share them to Bingo Halls, but the main focus is to place them in Indian Gaming Halls, Casino's ,Cruise ships ,Bingo Halls ETC... charitable Bingo halls fall after the others . George has been in the BINGO buisness since the early 60's and he echo's this statment.

I also suspect that those Halls will be sold down the line as the company has a much much brighter future with its current endeavors.

I hope this helps keep the Questions coming guys and gals
