Interesting bit of info here. Could it be that CCB might be the company going after the adjacent property? And if so, could this potentially delay the RE reporting for the Miller property so as to incorporate Buckshot? Hmmm.

Marcy Kiesman's Durango Resources Inc. (DGO), down one-half cent to three cents on 44,000 shares, has "received an unsolicited joint venture proposal" for its Buckshot graphite project in southwestern Quebec. Durango staked Buckshot in the summer of 2013 and Ms. Kiesman, president and chief executive officer, last mentioned it early the following year when she listed it second on a list of five priority plays. The list of priorities quickly expanded but curiously, Buckshot was never one of them. About all that is known about the prospect is that it is adjacent to the old Miller mine, where Canada Carbon Inc. (CCB: $0.375) has crafted a new promotion.
