$10m question
If the stock is delisted,and the $5-$10m,is contingent upon stock(which it is) then what? Will the lender accept stock in a private company and hope one day it would come public again? I doubt it..

Let me ask you an honest question Ditch, if the SEC knew they were going to halt this stock, at what point would it be most detrimental before the 24th or after?

Why choose the most detrimental time of all to halt this one?

Also if there really was 4 million short shares and we could get roughly 100 a share for that short interest, what kind of money does that equate into? Have you ever had that much, do you not think that is some serious cash, the kind of cash that buys srious power? Nah what is a measely 400 million dollars, pocket change to the rich (grin)
