Brokers, real ones that is, carry Errors and Omissions insurance. Errors to cover anything that smells like a lie. Omissions to cover anything that they may not have told ie. secrets. Are you saying I can get some money out of him?

Dan, why aren't you investigating the company? Yeas and Nays,opinions are irrevelvent to your investment at this point in time. Investors should be hammering the co. for answers. Morgan has always answered his phone(at home) for Riley and other investors in the past.I think it's time to start finding out the facts regarding the halt-even if it is from the co. perspective..DD PS: have to go do some work,IMO it's time to change the direction of this thread,and focus on the problems at hand,not the petty thread BS, this obviously isn't the problem. The problem lies squarely on the shoulders of the company,it will be the company that convinces the SEC to resume trading..Later
