steve, about 3 months ago I ran across the same links you are on. I E-mailed the C.E.O. of a couple of companies involved to find out if there was a connection to B.A.T., Netware, SmartPass, SmartReg, etc. I never got an answer back, however, I believe there may be Two SmartPass's in existence. I don't believe the Netware one is the same as the B.A.T. one. Howver, the airport one, may be! In-other-words, it is going to take some research and some questions to find out for sure! In short, I have no idea at this time!
