GZ: OT Thanks for the post. If you live in Ft. Lauderdale we may be neighbors. I spent most of last semester at the University of Miami Law libary - nice facility. When I get finished refinishing this boat - a 31 foot sportfish - a saial boat would be of interest. Of course, my on again off again refinishing efforts should take the better part of my next three lifetimes. If you have an e-mail you might send it to me so that I do not clutter up this thread with these off topic notions. Just to make this a legitimate post, I am curious about your overall positive outlook for the short and intermediate term. I too am positive, but apparently more cautiously than you. I may change however depending upon what the markets tells me on Monday. Cheers Clinton
