I am still hopeful. But you are probably right....until and unless we get a GOP Admin....she will most likely skate....even a mutiny before Obozo leaves at FBI and/or DOJ is unlikely to change that outcome.

Obama is going to have very little legacy. I doubt he wants to be remembered best for refusing to indict Hillary on solid evidence.

I'm not saying he won't or he will. Just that it isn't automatic that he won't. There seems to be a considerable view that he's going to have trouble with career FBI people and you know it will be a political mess.

But you're probably right.
