Tim, Thanks for your informative post and for sharing your research with us.

As far as I know FAMH is looking at being listed as a Small Cap.

Here is the site for the NASDAQ listing requirements. It is my understanding that FAMH has met all of the requirements except the minimum bid price. Their attorney believes they might be able to qualify with a $3.00 bid price, something to do with the timing of the the new higher $4.00 requirement.

To ALL: Just wondering if it was ever mentioned who was auditing FAMH's books/numbers? Is it a well known firm(Big 5) or medium firm or a small firm. The company doing the auditing will be very important to the funds and/or institution investors.
