MChen:

The latest issue of Barron's has discussed about Syntel
in its "Charting the Markets" section.

It said: "Analysts say investors may be rotating into companies
like Syntel, a provider of applications outsourcing, year 2000
fixes and professional staffing, because much of its revenues
are generated in the Unted States".

The comment associated with the graph speculated that people are rotating into Y2K
stocks; that these companies are earning most of their revenues in the U.S.

MChen, Thanks for your posts. Yep, this comment from Barron's is
right on the money. No matter what is happening in Asia, Year 2k
still needs to be addressed at the very least. It is a budget line
item that stays, with technology budgets focused in this area.
