Bill, there is no new information that I know of. There did seem to be some confusion on the thread concerning the history of Novastans, esp how TXB acquired it. That is why I posted the 10-K. Also, what I was refering to in my last post to Mr Wexler is that some of TXB's news releases do seem, to the uninformed investor, to suggest that TXB developed the drug. I am still waiting to hear if Mr Wexler really has any evidence that TXB fudged the results of the important clincial trials. That is a very serious charge. I have read some of the scientific literature on Novastan, and, to me, the drug looks very promising. I have also read some of the results from TXB's studies of Navastan. The work was done by reputable scientists, and the results seem very sound, to me. I am still long on this one. It is a speculative company, but, IMO, a very good bet for a spec. In the short term, and perhaps long term, their future depends on FDA approval, which is expected 1st or 2nd Q 1998, so we don't have that long to wait. All of the indicators that I have seen, and whisper talk, suggest Novastan will be approved. I continue to invite Mr Wexler to provide evidence otherwise. Brad

Bill, save your breath The more you prove this guy wrong with facts and/or logic, the more he will resort to ranting & raving. Soon he will begin reposting old messages. You have challenged him on several of his claims - see if comes back with anything reasonable. Go with what you know - this guy has proven himself to have an agenda and he will not be interrupted by the truth.
