>>Why do you dislike New England?

Because is effing cold there, and I was born and raised in Southeast Texas where some years we don't even get a hard freeze.

We were in the Longmeadow, MA and Springfield, CT area. There was about 6" of snow (you know - cold, wet stuff) on the ground, yankees, sand and salt all over everything, yankees, no streets with more than one lane in any given direction, yankees, no-passing zones everywhere, yankees....

Need I say more? (Just kidding about the yankees. <g>)

I did enjoy the Museum of Science in Boston. They had "The Living Sea" at the OmniMax there, an excellent show and facility, which I highly recommend.
