I think that's why so many people vote for Trump. Anybody so hated by the Right and Left mainstream political class, must be someone who is not bought and paid for and that gives Americans a chance for someone who may look out for their interests. When both parties are so incredibly bad for the 99%, no wonder the 99% is rebelling by voting for Trump. If he's nominated, I'll vote for him too. Trump over Hillary is a no brainer to me. We all know who Hillary is. We saw that very clearly when she ran against Obama and then again when she was SecState. She's bought and paid for and terribly incompetent as well.
